Learning is fun and inexpensive
These dot stickers stripes are made with leftover black cardstock paper given by my friend. The white dot stickers were also given by other friend. I combined these 2 simple items and made some paper stripes which can be used in Maths.
I used them to consolidate J’s addition work. They can also be used in subtraction, multiplication, and division.
I laminated the paper stripes and put magnets at the back so that they can be displayed on my Ufixx magnetic board.
I aim to give J a variety of learning experiences. I used the old school method – worksheets. I used the magnetic board as shown in this post. I played 3D board game with J . We used alphabet stamps to practice spelling. I made file folder activities using Velcro tapes etc …. I hope to let J understand that learning is fun.
These simple dot sticker stripes can also be used in counting for younger kids.
